Job summary

TikTok is expanding its SMB team in Ireland to lead Commerce Shop initiatives across the DACH market. The Sales Team Lead will coach Account Managers, drive revenue growth and merchant activation, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to optimize the merchant journey from onboarding to Shop Ads adoption.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in ecommerce or digital advertising, strong leadership, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

Experience in ecommerce, digital advertising or marketplace environments.
Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing commercial teams.
Strong ownership of revenue targets and growth metrics.
Able to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments and provide clarity during change.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Enablement).
Fluency in German and English for direct merchant & stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers to drive merchant outcomes.
Own revenue, GMV, Shop Ads adoption and merchant growth for the DACH market.
Guide merchants from onboarding to activation, Shop Ads adoption and sustained GMV growth.
Identify process and operating model improvements to scale merchant support.
Set clear goals and feedback rhythms to maintain high performance and accountability.
Collaborate with TikTok Shop, Product, Marketing and cross-functional teams to reflect merchant needs in go-to-market plans.
Lead the team through change with clarity and urgency.
Maintain an inclusive team culture that values diverse perspectives.
