Job summary

Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect to lead workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts within an AI-native environment. You will partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and renewal planning to strengthen customer partnerships and drive recurring revenue.

You will shape outcomes that demonstrate ROI to executives, define mutual success plans, and coordinate with Services on complex implementations to ensure successful value delivery for

Qualifications

Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in a B2B software environment.
Strong discovery instincts to understand business problems and map workflows.
Technical fluency to co-design and troubleshoot Notion workspaces and workflows.
Commercial awareness to partner with account owners on renewal risk and expansion.

Responsibilities

Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
Contribute to Net Revenue Retention with renewals and expansion.
Partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal.
Define mutual success plans guiding AI Transformation and quarterly reviews.
Engage Services for complex implementations to ensure value delivery.
