Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a high-energy Mid-Market Account Executive for our Hamburg hub. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a multi-channel approach in the DACH region, driving rapid growth for a leading open reviews platform.

You will engage Founders, Marketing Directors, and eCommerce leads, crafting tailored Trustpilot solutions and building a strong pipeline across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, New Business, Business Development, or Account Management (SaaS preferred).
• Fluent in German and English.
• Autonomous, proactive problem solver in fast-paced environments.
• Strong commercial mindset; knowledge of eCommerce/digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Market prospects in the DACH region; from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Identify and actively acquire new business opportunities in untapped market segments.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline using multi-channel outbound strategies (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Act as trusted advisor, presenting tailored, value-driven Trustpilot solutions.
