Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive (Existing Business) for the DACH region with options to work from Dublin, Berlin, or remotely in Germany. You will deepen partnerships with fastest-growing companies in Europe, showing how Stripe’s payments infrastructure can be a competitive advantage for their business.

You will own renewal strategies, manage a named account list, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive activation in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (German language proficiency)
• 7+ years of sales experience, ideally selling a technical product
• Experience moving deals through a multi-party, consultative sales process
• Ability to negotiate bespoke commercial agreements and cost models
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills across technology and finance orgs

Responsibilities

• Manage a named account list and develop territory plans for the Commercial segment
• Own renewal and retention strategy to mitigate churn
• Build relationships with C-level executives and orchestrate executive touchpoints
• Lead cross-functional workshops with Engineering, Product, and Finance
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Customer Success to deliver value and drive activation
• Contribute to shaping Stripe's Commercial strategy and scalable processes
• Grow wallet share and multi-product adoption while defending revenue
