Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for the DACH region to deepen partnerships with leading growth companies. In this role, you will drive renewals, expand multi-product adoption, and lead strategic conversations with senior executives across technology and finance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German.
• 7+ years of sales experience, ideally selling a technical product.
• Experience moving deals forward in complex, multi-party sales using a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a named account list and build territory plans for the Commercial segment.
• Own renewal and retention strategy for your territory and mitigate churn risk.
• Engage with C-level executives and lead cross-functional product workshops and analyses.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Finance to deliver technical value and drive activation.
• Develop strategies to grow wallet share and multi-product adoption.
