Trustpilot, a global SaaS company and the world’s leading open review platform, is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager for the German market. You’ll own client success from onboarding to renewal, driving ROI and reducing churn, with native German and strong English.

Based in Hamburg, you’ll build executive relationships, translate usage data into business impact, manage GRR, and collaborate with Account Managers, Product, and Marketing to shape the roadmap.

Formación

• Native-level German and professional English required.
• Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS/tech.
• Familiarity with digital advertising or search marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead post-sale alignment for premium accounts and secure executive buy-in from day one.
• Translate usage data into ROI narratives and report in business reviews.
• Own portfolio health and renewal rate, mitigate churn, and identify growth opportunities.
• Advise accounts on commercial or billing matters with Account Managers.
• Synthesize customer requirements for the Global Product Roadmap and drive improvements.
