Responsibilities

• Streamline the customer experience from enquiry to finish.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and internal chat systems.
• Be first point of contact for enquiries about product, pricing, and availability.
• Manage the sales mailbox and distribute orders/queries to the team.
• Liase with internal departments to anticipate and exceed customers’ expectations.
• Processing Sales Orders and associated mailbox management in various platforms
• Meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs.
• Liaising with and working alongside the sales department to deliver best-in-class service.
• Participate in regular product training sessions and complete assessments.
