Office Buddies in Dublin 12 is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer enquiries, process orders and support customers throughout the sales journey. You will communicate via phone and email, liaise with internal teams, and ensure a fast, accurate response to pricing and product availability.

The role requires strong communication skills, at least 2 years in customer service, and excellent organisational abilities; training will be provided to help you excel in a fast-paced

The main duties of this role include managing customer enquiries, processing sales orders and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
