Job summary

BoyleSports Ballincollig is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support the Shop Manager and team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will handle bets, cash, and daily shop operations while upholding high standards and promoting the brand.

The role requires a friendly, reliable team player with strong numeracy, communication skills, and flexibility to cover seven days a week. Training and development opportunities are available within a supportive retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day running of the shop
• Lead shop operations in the absence of management, including opening and closing
• Guide and support shop team, and oversee cash handling procedures
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promote the brand
• Process customer bets accurately via multiple channels and EPOS
• Maintain shop presentation and ensure compliance with procedures
