BoyleSports is looking for a Customer Service Assistant in Ballincollig to help run the shop smoothly and deliver excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Shop Manager, assist with opening/closing, manage cash and bets, and act as a Brand Ambassador for our multi-channel journey.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and motivated to grow within the company in a fast-paced retail betting environment. Training and development opportunities will be provided.

• Ensure compliance with safety and shop procedures.
