Job summary

BoyleSports in Westside Galway is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will support the Shop Manager and team with the smooth day-to-day running of the store, assist with accepting and paying out bets, and help maintain high standards throughout the day.

This role offers training and progression within the business, requires flexibility to work seven days a week, and demands a friendly, reliable, and numerate individual who can handle cash

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with the day to day running of the shop.
• Guide shop operations in the absence of the Shop/Assistant Manager, including opening and closing the shop, managing the team, and cash handling procedures.
• Opportunities for development and progression within the company.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and promote the brand and multi-channel/digital journey.
• Take bets accurately through multiple channels using the EPOS system and maintain shop presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, compliance and shop procedures.
