Job summary

BoyleSports in Ballinrobe is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our retail team. You will help run the shop day-to-day, assist the Shop Manager, handle bets through terminals and EPOS, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

With full training provided, you will develop product knowledge, accuracy in cash handling, and the ability to work across shifts seven days a week, while maintaining high shop standards and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager with day-to-day running of the shop.

• Take and process customer bets via terminals and EPOS.
• Maintain shop standards and brand presentation.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience and promote products.
• Adhere to safety, compliance and social responsibility guidelines.
