Job summary

BoyleSports is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for our Ennistymon shop. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, assist in daily shop operations, handle bets through EPOS, and support the Shop Manager and team.

This role requires flexibility, strong numeracy, and the ability to work seven days a week, including weekends. You will help maintain shop presentation, adhere to procedures, and act as a brand ambassador for our multi-channel betting offering.
