You will handle bets through EPOS, ensure shop standards, and participate in opening/closing duties. The role offers training and progression opportunities within the company. A keen interest in sport and betting, strong numeracy, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with the ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Excellent numerical and cash handling skills.

• Ability to work flexibly across seven days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager with the day-to-day running of the shop.
• Guide shop operations in the absence of management, including opening/closing.
• Manage and coach shop team and cash procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer experience and promote the BoyleSports brand.
• Accept bets and process transactions via EPOS and terminals.
• Represent the brand and engage customers in the multi-channel betting journey.
• Maintain shop presentation and compliance with safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team and take initiative for improvement.
