Job summary

BoyleSports in Kanturk is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will support the Shop Manager and team with daily shop operations, including opening/closing and handling bets through EPOS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager with the day-to-day running of the shop.
• Open and close the shop and guide operations in the absence of the Shop/Assistant Manager.
• Opportunity for occasional shop leadership with development potential.
• Maintain fast-paced yet upskilling-friendly environment with on‑the‑job training.
• Provide outstanding customer experience with a helpful and knowledgeable approach.
• Accept bets and process transactions through multiple channels via EPOS systems.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and promote the multi-channel/digital journey.
• Work under pressure while seeking ways to improve the shop.
• Maintain high shop presentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold safety and social responsibility duties.
