Job summary

BoyleSports is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Westport to provide outstanding customer experiences within a busy retail environment. You will support the Shop Manager, handle cash transactions, and help maintain high standards of service and shop appearance.

The role requires a proactive, friendly approach, the ability to work across seven days, and a passion for sport and betting. Full training will be provided to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to handle customer interactions with integrity.
• Flexibility to operate across 7 days a week.
• Excellent numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling and bets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager with day-to-day running of the shop.
• Open and close the shop and manage shop operations as needed.
• Handle bets and payouts accurately via in-store terminals and EPOS system.
• Represent the brand and guide customers through in-shop and online offerings.
• Maintain high shop presentation and ensure safety, compliance and procedures.
