Job summary

BoyleSports is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Cashel to support daily shop operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will assist the Shop Manager, handle cash and bets, and help maintain a welcoming, well-presented retail environment.

Role involves opening/closing the shop, guiding the team, and representing the brand while promoting BoyleSports’ multi-channel journey. Training and progression opportunities available within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager with day-to-day shop operations.
• Open and close the shop; manage cash and tills.
• Process customer bets across terminals and EPOS systems.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for BoyleSports and promote the multi-channel journey.
• Maintain high standards of shop presentation and customer service.
• Adhere to safety, compliance and social responsibility procedures.
• Support training and development opportunities for the team.
