Job summary

BoyleSports in Kilmallock is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to help deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will support the Shop Manager, handle bets across channels, and ensure smooth daily shop operations with accurate cash handling and high standards.

In this role you’ll join a team-focused retail environment, working flexible hours across seven days. You’ll promote the brand and guide customers through in-store and online betting options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Open/close shop, manage cash procedures and supervise staff in absence.
• Accurately accept and payout bets via EPOS and terminals.
• Maintain high shop presentation and ensure compliance and safety.
• Introduce customers to multi-channel/digital betting options and products.
