Job summary

Crane Company is seeking an onsite Customer Care Representative to join our team in County Clare, Shannon. You will handle order entry, inside sales and administration, serving as a frontline contact for Sales, Distributors, Dealers, Direct Customers and OEMs.

You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to resolve queries, manage orders, and ensure accurate data entry while aiming to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar field would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in direct talk-to customer is mandatory.
• Fluent knowledge of French in written and spoken forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email and web support to Sales, Service, Distributors, Dealers, Direct Customers and OEMs for information on lead times, order status and shipments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Inside Sales, and Technical Support to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Enter and maintain customer data, orders and invoices with accuracy and timely execution.
