Job summary

Crane Company in Shannon, Ireland seeks an onsite Customer Care Representative to handle order entry, inside sales and administration. You will be a main contact between Sales, Distributors, Supply Chain/Logistics and Finance to respond to customer queries and transactions, exceeding expectations.

The role requires direct customer communication, coordination of shipments and invoicing support, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar field would be advantageous.
• Direct talk-to customer is mandatory.
• Fluent French in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Phone, email and web support to Sales, Distributors, Dealers, Direct Customers and OEMs for information on orders, status and returns.
• Manage allocated key accounts and regions, and back up other regions.
• Resolve invoicing issues by phone, email or web.
• Work with Sales, Inside Sales and technical support to improve ease of doing business.
• Interface with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate shipments.
• Coordinate service/goods inwards and returns for repair/restock.
• Enter customer data, agreements, return authorizations, orders and invoices accurately.
• Maintain Customer Master Data and perform security checks.
• Participate in ad-hoc process improvement projects.
