Job summary

System Label in Ireland is seeking a Customer & Sales Support Administrator to join our team, covering customer service, order processing, scheduling, and finance administration. The role spans coordinating with plants in Ireland and the UK and acting as the first point of contact for customer requests to ensure high levels of service and growth.

You will manage orders in the MRP system, raise delivery notes and invoices, assist with quotations, and support sales, marketing and finance functions

Qualifications

• Previous customer service / office administration experience.
• Customer service: 1 year (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries.
• Liaise with staff at various plants in Ireland & UK to ensure customer queries are answered.
• Process customer orders, load onto MRP system and pass to production.
• Raise delivery notes when requested from dispatch and associated invoices.
• Work with the sales & marketing team to develop new client accounts.
• Follow up selected submitted quotations with the client and keep sales team informed of feedback.
• Maintain filing systems of all documents ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post.
• Transfer information to Finance team in Ireland on a weekly basis.
• Assist and support Finance team with any queries that may arise.
• Finished Goods Stock Control.
• Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
