• Process customer purchase orders and inquiries by phone and email.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Increase business by upselling and highlighting benefits.
• Inform customers on technical benefits of products.
• Support external client-facing colleagues to ensure high service levels.
• Identify, document, and escalate customer issues and trends.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and offerings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting as required.
