Job summary

Cardiac Services in Ireland seeks a Service Support Administrator to act as the frontline interface with customers, coordinating all aspects of servicing and repair of capital equipment in the field. You will work with the Technical Services Team to ensure excellent customer focus and timely service delivery.

Key duties include handling customer calls, scheduling service visits with engineers, updating systems (Salesforce/Business Central), and producing quotations and invoices with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in a busy environment.
• Proven ability to use Excel for data entry, reporting and analysis.
