Job summary

Jobtailor in Ireland seeks an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to lead a team delivering UK and Ireland CRM communications. You will collaborate with Planning and Creative Studio to develop ideas and ensure timely, high-quality campaigns.

The role requires strong project management, expertise in email/digital communications, and advanced HTML/QC skills, with experience using ESPs like Adobe Campaign or Bloomreach. Excellent stakeholder collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and focused, with the ability to work at a fast pace, whilst still showing meticulous attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
• Extensive experience building and executing email and other digital communications with an understanding of marketing best principles such as personalisation.
• Ability to understand the implementation of sophisticated customer segmentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Collaborative, with the ability to build strong relationships with both brand and Customer Marketing teams.
• Ability to edit HTML and QC the coding of others to a high level.
• Experience working with ESPs such as Adobe Campaign or Bloomreach.
• Experience leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to create and execute CRM communications in the UK, & Ireland.
• Work closely with the CRM Planning team on the development of new ideas and the art of the possible.
• Lead workload planning process, delivering all scheduled work to agreed SLAs.
• Proactively monitor the quality and reliability of content post build.
• Establish a strong relationship with the CRM team, Planning team and Creative Studio.
• Lead a team of CRM Executives developing work plans which align to the team goals, helping them devise personal development plans and providing ongoing guidance and support.
• Deliver case studies and presentations to share knowledge and raise the profile of the team across the marketing department and wider business.
• Regularly share plans and learnings with the Betfair and Sky Betting & Gaming teams to see what can be reapplied across brands.
• Champion culture of continuous improvement, role‑modeling the use of all available marketing technology to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with the Head of Paddy Power CRM to pilot the use of new technology and approaches (e.g., on Moveable Ink) to optimise campaigns and roll out across teams as appropriate.
• Seek opportunities for automation and scale, coordinating a breadth of teams to implement.
