Job summary

RTÉ is seeking a CRM Marketing Executive for a 3-year fixed term contract as part of its marketing team. You will plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels, building audience segments and journeys to drive engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• A third level qualification in marketing or similar, combined with 2+ years’ experience in a consumer facing digital environment.
• Proven experience executing CRM campaigns using XtremePush or a similar platform, including building, executing and analysing campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting skills for engaging emails and push notifications.
• Strong creative eye for visually engaging CRM campaigns, with good UX awareness.
• Experience briefing and working with graphic designers on CRM assets.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the annual marketing plan across a full range of activities.
• Build and manage CRM campaigns using the Marketing Automation tool.
• Plan, deliver and optimise CRM strategies to drive reach, traffic, retention and brand loyalty.
• Create and maintain audience segments and customer journeys for personalised communications.
• Write briefs and channel-appropriate copy for emails, push notifications and other channels.
• Curate RTÉ content and develop ideas for CRM communications to increase engagement.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively.
