Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a dynamic Communications professional in Ireland to develop a comprehensive communications plan aligned with strategic objectives. You will identify stakeholders, manage end-to-end social media, and coordinate campaigns to raise awareness.

You will monitor analytics, maintain branding, and produce engaging content for health-focused programmes and allied care projects, collaborating with partner organisations to share updates and stories.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing, or related roles.
• Proven social media management and content creation experience.
• Strong writing and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with health or social care sector desirable.
• Qualification in Communications, Marketing, PR or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive communications plan aligned with strategic objectives.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure collaborative messaging.
• Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness using analytics and feedback tools.
• Manage end-to-end social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, engagement, analytics).
• Develop and implement campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
• Ensure timely updates on programmes, events, and milestones.
• Maintain and evolve branding guidelines across all materials.
• Produce content to promoteCYMHO’s Action Plan, project developments, and integrated care projects.
• Coordinate press releases, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
• Act as a liaison between partner organisations for joint communications.
