Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, Email Marketing or Retention Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Klaviyo for segmentation and automation.
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns end-to-end.
• Excellent QA practices and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Confidence presenting to stakeholders.
• Commercial understanding of e-commerce and customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo for UK & Ireland customers.
• Create segments using behavioural, transactional and engagement data.
• Tailor content and targeting across markets and customer journeys.
• Translate priorities into CRM briefs and campaigns reflecting brand tone.
• Manage CRM calendar and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with CRM design, e-commerce, product, retail and marketing teams.
• Support key trading moments (launches, Black Friday, Christmas).
• Proofread copy and creative; QA across content, audiences and devices.
• Deploy app push, SMS, pop-ups and signup forms per CRM strategy.
• Maintain campaign docs in Asana for efficiency.
