Job summary

Jobtailor in Ireland is seeking an experienced digital marketing project manager to lead end‑to‑end initiatives, aligning with brand and product teams. You will drive website and app enhancements, deliver integrated digital campaigns, and optimize marketing tactics across channels.

The role requires several years in digital marketing, strong CMS and project management tooling skills, and a proven ability to partner with stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of applicable experience in digital marketing.
• CMS – Liferay, Sitecore, Wordpress or similar.
• Project Management – Wrike, Asana, Slack or similar.
• Marketing Automation – Marketing Cloud, SFDC, Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Desirable: Analytics – Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or similar.
• Design – Creative cloud suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Webinar – WebEx or similar.
• Marketing, Advertising, communications, technology experience
• Marketing Cloud Certified
• Hubspot Certified
• Adobe Certified

Responsibilities

• Project lifecycle management and scheduling for digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Web Development to deliver digital facets improving customer and brand experience.
• Recommend digital marketing and experience solutions for websites and apps.
• Develop understanding of stakeholders’ objectives with the Project Management Liaison.
• Edit and manage website content as needed.
• Partner with PML and stakeholders to scope projects with requirements, dependencies, schedules and budgets.
• Suggest digital tactics as part of integrated campaigns to support brand strategies.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns focusing on digital channels.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time project delivery.
• Analyze metrics and KPI targets aligned to benchmarks and present results.
