Job summary

RTÉ, Ireland's national public-service media organisation, is seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Executive to join its busy marketing team on a 3-year fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels, build audience segments and optimise journeys. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, content, product and technology.

Qualifications

• A third level qualification in marketing or similar.
• 2+ years' experience in a consumer facing digital environment - agency or client side.
• Proven experience executing CRM campaigns using XtremePush or similar platform.
• Excellent copywriting skills for marketing emails and push notifications.
• Able to brief and work with designers on CRM assets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and optimise CRM campaigns across channels.
• Build audience segments and customer journeys for personalised communications.
• Write briefs and channel-appropriate copy for emails, push notifications and other channels.
• Curate RTÉ content and develop ideas for CRM communications to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with designers to develop CRM assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Maintain CRM data structures and support the development team with ongoing setup.
• Assist with team projects, administration and financial management tasks.
