Job summary

Office Buddies in Dublin 12 is seeking a Conversion Coordinator to lead a team, supervise order processing, and ensure efficient conversion workflows. You will oversee SAP-driven sales orders, production orders, goods receipts, and BOMs while maintaining high Health & Safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and at least 3 years’ experience in order management or related coordination roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in order management, administration, sales, or production coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to product technicians and drive high performance.
• Oversee orders to ensure accurate conversion and timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, availability, specs, and item codes.
• Carry out SAP transactions: sales orders, production orders, goods receipts/dispatch, BOMs, pricing/quotes, item codes.
