Office Buddies in Dublin 12 is seeking a Conversion Coordinator to lead a team, supervise order processing, and ensure efficient conversion workflows. You will oversee SAP-driven sales orders, production orders, goods receipts, and BOMs while maintaining high Health & Safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and at least 3 years’ experience in order management or related coordination roles.

Role: Conversion Coordinator

Location: Dublin 12

We are looking for team leadership focused and highly organised candidates for one of our clients in Dublin 12. The Conversion Coordinator will be responsible for supervising team activities in the Team Leads absence, overseeing sales order are processed via SAP, and maintain workflows to ensure efficient operations. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to product technicians, driving high performance standards across the team
• Take full responsibility for all orders ensuring accurate and timely conversion and maintain the open order report, ensuring all orders are delivered within agreed timeframes.
• Handle customer enquiries relating to orders, availability, specifications, and item codes.
• Carry out SAP transactions including sales orders, production orders, goods receipts/dispatch, BOMs, pricing/quotes, and item code setup.
• Maintain the highest levels of Health &Safety standards in accordance with company SOPs
• Manage inventory and stock in coordination with the Inventory team.
• Identify and escalate quality control issues to Team Leads and the Technical Manager.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order and that PPE is used correctly at all times.
• Support conversion department activities across different areas of the business
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and seek to continually improve processes
• Monitor and control overheads where applicable.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead a team
• 3+ years’ experience in a role related to order management, administration, sales, and production coordination.
• Experience coordination across cross-functional teams such as warehouse
• Strong multi-tasking ability and to work to multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem solving mindset
