Veolia Water Ireland Limited is seeking a Construction Site Agent for an on-site role at Ballyboden, Dublin. The role runs a 12-month specified purpose contract with a Monday to Friday schedule and a focus on safety, quality, and environmental management.

You will lead a construction team and subcontractors on site, ensure program requirements are met, and coordinate with the Project Manager and client. A strong background in civil/wastewater projects and a valid driving licence are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Civil or Trade background showing progression to management level.
• 10 years’ experience working in roles on multi-discipline site-based projects preferably water or Waste Water.
• Up to 10 years’ site management experience in water/wastewater.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Excellent oral and written reporting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literacy in Google Sheets, Docs & email will be an advantage.
• Preferably IOSH SHE for Construction Site Managers or similar.

Aufgaben

• Manage, operate and run all site activities on behalf of Veolia.
• Develop and maintain H&S file on site.
• Plan project effectively with Project Manager and ensure programme requirements are met.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental management.
• Oversee site team and subcontractors, conduct inductions and toolbox talks.
• Review RAMS, Lift Plans and ensure safe working methods from subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and attend client progress meetings.
• Coordinate with Project Team, risk & assurance, equipment suppliers and clients.
