Veolia is seeking a Construction Site Agent for a 12-month fixed-term contract on a Clareville, Co. Limerick site. The role involves leading a civils-focused on-site team, managing subcontractors, and upholding Veolia’s safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with Veolia Design and Project Management, Client, and operations on site, while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality plans. Irish site experience and a full driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Civil or trade background with progression to management level.
• 10 years’ experience on multi-discipline site projects, preferably water or wastewater.
• Full clean driving licence.
• IOSH SHE for Construction Site Managers or similar preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage all site activities on behalf of Veolia.
• Develop and maintain on-site H&S file.
• Plan project with Project Manager to meet specs and safety plans.
• Lead on-site team and subcontractors and ensure quality.
• Review RAMS and lift plans for subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and attend client meetings.
• Program and schedule work to meet project programme.
• Ensure environmental and waste management compliance.
