Job summary

The Fruit People Limited in Dublin is seeking a Coffee Business Development Specialist to drive coffee and equipment sales across our Dublin client base. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with tastings as the lead engine to win new business and expand existing accounts.

Uncapped commission fuels earnings as you bundle fruit, snacks and catering into compelling packages, while HubSpot CRM keeps deals clean and progressing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years closing B2B deals from cold outreach to signing.
• Real barista skills with espresso and milk steaming.
• Experience with commercial coffee equipment is a plus.
• Self-sourcing new business and structuring deals to protect margin.
• Strong communication with office managers, facilities leads, procurement and executives.

Responsibilities

• Coffee tastings: book and run in‑office tastings to showcase our coffee and service.
• New business hunting: build pipeline through cold outreach, networking and visits to Dublin businesses.
• Account growth: upgrade coffee and cross-sell fruit, snacks, catering to existing clients.
• Equipment know‑how: recommend machines and understand setup, cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
• Closing & handover: negotiate, close deals and hand to account/service teams.
• CRM: maintain HubSpot with accurate deal status.
