Job summary

Office Buddies in Dublin south is seeking a motivated sales representative with B2B experience in hospitality fit-outs. The ideal candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector and build a strong pipeline of projects and clients.

You will generate leads by phone, email, networking and face-to-face business development, maintain regular contact throughout the sales cycle, and progress quotations toward project award.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the sales process.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Confident dealing with senior decision-makers.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Previous experience within commercial kitchen, hotel, industrial, and building and electrical services is very desirable

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
• Build a strong pipeline of potential projects and clients
• Generate leads through telephone, email, networking, referrals and face-to-face business development
• Maintain regular contact with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle
• Manage enquiries from initial contact through to quotation and project award
• Meet clients to understand their operational requirements, budgets and project objectives
• Work closely with the design and estimating teams to develop appropriate kitchen solutions
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within agreed parameters
• Follow up quotations and actively progress opportunities towards conversion
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotations and sales activity within the company’s CRM system
• Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and additional projects
