Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in customer contact (telesales, call center or helpdesk).

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of Sherweb's solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Accompany customers on their journey by providing platform training, onboarding and support for new and existing customers.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products and services.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Contribute to customer and partner retention by offering efficient and professional solutions.
• Prioritize first-contact resolutions and quick problem-solving to understand and resolve issues.
• Drive customer engagement through meaningful conversations.
