Sherweb in Ireland is seeking a customer-focused professional to be the main point of contact for incoming calls and requests from customers and partners. You will deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Sherweb solutions.

This hybrid role (2 days in the Dublin office) emphasizes first-contact resolutions, proactive problem solving, and close collaboration with sales, direct clients, and MSP partners to drive satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Prior customer contact experience (telesales, call center, helpdesk).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven by helping customers and resolving issues within tight timelines.
• Familiarity with MSPs and their operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls from customers and partners.
• Provide platform training, onboarding and ongoing support to customers.
• Collect feedback and identify opportunities to improve products and services.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities and work with sales and partners.
• Aim for first-contact resolution and proactive problem solving to delight customers.
