Job summary

Sherweb Inc. in Ireland is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support Account Managers, grow the book of business, and nurture reseller relationships. This hybrid role is based in Ireland with two days a week at the Dublin office.

You will coordinate with pricing, credits and escalations, identify new opportunities, book meetings with partners, and relay feedback to internal teams. The ideal candidate has two years in customer-facing roles and strong MS licensing knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
• Proficient with CRM dashboards and activity management.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Managers to help them grow their book of business.
• Support reseller relationships alongside Account Managers and helping them with day-to-day interactions with Sherweb.
• Communicate internally across multiple departments as a liaison for the sales team.
• Supporting account managers by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams on pricing, credit requests, and escalations.
• Identify sales opportunities & collecting customer information for future follow-ups.
• Book meetings and calls between representatives and partners.
• Coordinate internal and external partner-experience feedback.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
