Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Chef De Partie to support our kitchen operations across our hotels in Ireland. You will assist the Head and Sous Chefs, ensuring high-quality food and strict hygiene standards while contributing to a collaborative kitchen team.

Ideal candidates have hotel kitchen experience, a passion for food, and the ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment. We offer internal development through the Dalata Academy and opportunities for progression.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hotels or similar kitchen roles.
• Passion for food and good teamwork.
• Mature, pleasant manner with customers and colleagues.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen operations.
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards under guidance.
• Follow Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support kitchen staff in hygiene during preparation and storage.
