Zusammenfassung

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking a Chef De Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen. You will help manage daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality and hygiene, and work closely with the team to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences.

Experience in hotels or similar role, passion for food, and ability to work under pressure are essential. Dalata offers development through its Academy and a supportive environment with internal growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in hotels or similar kitchen role.
• Passion for and interest in food.
• Mature, pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow the Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support fellow kitchen staff in observing hygiene during food preparation and storage.
