Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Chef De Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running a busy hotel kitchen. You will monitor food quality and hygiene, and follow the Head Chef’s standards of excellence and efficiency.

The role requires a strong passion for food, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring HACCP compliance. Join a team focused on growth, development, and delivering great guest experiences across our hotels.

Qualifications

Experience in hotels or similar kitchen role is required.
Strong interest in food and culinary excellence.
Mature, pleasant demeanor for customers and team members.
Team player with collaborative spirit.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with overall kitchen operations.
Follow direction from managers and monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
Lead by example in excellence and efficiency in kitchen tasks.
Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
Support kitchen staff in maintaining hygienic practices during prep and storage.
