Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen teams in Dublin. You will assist Head Chef and Sous Chef, uphold HACCP standards and maintain high food quality and hygiene across the department.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
• Have a passion for and genuine interest in food.
• Be a team player and able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from managers and monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times
• Support staff in observing hygiene during food preparation and storage.
