Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc in Ireland is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, and support colleagues in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels or similar role.
• Passion for food and culinary interest.

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with overall kitchen operations.
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards under guidance.
• Follow Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support kitchen staff with hygiene during preparation and storage.
