Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Cork invites applications for a Chef De Partie. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef, help maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and support a busy service with a focus on HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Have experience in hotels or in a similar role.
• Have a passion for and genuine interest in food.
• Demonstrate a mature, pleasant manner with customers and team members.
• Be a team player and able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with running the kitchen.
• Take direction from managers and monitor food quality and hygiene.
• Follow the Head Chef’s example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support kitchen staff in hygiene during preparation and storage.
