Job summary

Castleknock Hotel, a Four-star hotel in Dublin 15, invites warm, energetic CDP applicants to join our growing team. We operate Earth & Vine and 22 Bar & Restaurant, offering a fast-paced kitchen and high-volume service.

You will bring at least 3 years of kitchen experience, HACCP Level 2 Food Safety, and a flexible approach to weekends and early starts. We offer competitive pay, free meals on duty, uniforms, staff discounts, and ongoing training to support your career.

What the role is:

As a CDP, you will:

• Have at least 3 years of experience working in a busy Kitchen with high volume covers
• Engage well within the team to provide a consistently high standard of food
• Have excellent HACCP knowledge and Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
• Have the ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure in each area of the Kitchen when required
• Have a professional image at all times in line with the Kitchen and Hotel standards
• Be committed to the teamand supporting your colleagues
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early starts
