The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in a high-volume kitchen, experience in fine dining, and strong HACCP knowledge. Weekend and early shift availability is essential as part of our team.

Qualifications

At least 4 years experience in a busy kitchen with high volume service.
Experience in fine dining essential.
Strong HACCP knowledge including Level 2 Food Safety.
Ability to engage and lead team under pressure.
Willing to work weekends and early starts.
