Job summary

Castleknock Hotel in Dublin 15 is seeking a Chef De Partie to support a busy hotel kitchen. You will work across different sections, delivering high-quality dishes consistently during service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in Bar Food, Banqueting or Restaurant sections, with Level 6 or culinary arts training and HACCP knowledge. English at B1 level is required for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Essential: Minimum 2 years experience in busy sections (Bar Food / Banqueting Food and Restaurant)
• Essential: Level 6 qualification or culinary arts
• Essential: HACCP knowledge
• Languages: English B1-Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Cook and move across kitchen sections to cover busy service periods
