Job summary

Castleknock Hotel in Dublin 15 is seeking a Part Time Receptionist with a passion for guest service. You will be part of a busy front desk team, delivering exceptional hospitality and supporting guests from check-in to check-out.

The ideal candidate has previous hotel reception experience, a professional appearance, and flexibility to cover weekdays and weekends. Opera Cloud knowledge is a plus and a friendly, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy Hotel Reception role, preferably in a 4star Hotel or similar role.
• The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail & knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous.
• The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards.
• Be committed to the team and the Hotel industry.
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekdays & Weekends, early starts and late finishes).

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionistwith a passion for their job.Candidates must have a proven track record working as part of a busy Reception team and must be available to work flexible shifts Monday - Sunday to include early and late shifts.
