The ideal candidate will show exceptional customer service, be a true team player, handle queries promptly and use IT systems confidently to maximise guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Handle guest queries in a timely and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages and other general product knowledge.
• Maximise room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities using up-selling techniques.
• Ensure high compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health & safety legislations.

• As a receptionist, you will contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out
• Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rate, packages and other general product knowledge
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Ensuring a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations
