Job summary

Cpl Group in Ireland is seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative who is fluent in German and English and energized by sales and technology. You will identify promising companies, collaborate with Account Executives, and craft compelling messaging in a fast-growing Irish market.

This full-time, hybrid role offers a base salary of €43,550 plus bonus and benefits, with an OTE around €67,000. Relocation support is available for international candidates, and the Dublin Temple Bar

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company (preferred).
• Proficient in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Motivated to exceed targets in a dynamic environment.
• Energetic & self-aware, eager to learn.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and results-driven.
